During his arrest, officers found 10 boxes of RGD-brand cigarettes worth P180,000 inside the Hyundai H100 he was driving.

The Pampanga police said the man is facing charges of violating Executive Order No. 26 in relation to the Tobacco Regulation Act of 2003.
